Thanks to a well-filled pipeline, it was already apparent at the start of 2024 that the retail sector would once again increase its new-build developments. The forecast for 2024 / 2025 - published in the logistics property seismograph at the beginning of the year - was already reached by almost 30 per cent in the first half of 2024.
